I love that I can view all the recording from any of the TV’s in my house. I hated when I would have to stay in the living room to finish a show, but now I can go up to my bedroom and continue the recording. I was so excited when I got the Hopper through DISH because all my DVR conflicts disappeared. The whole family is able to record all their favorite shows and with the PrimeTime Anytime feature I can check out some of the shows I wanted to in the past. Some co-workers and I at DISH were able to try out the Hopper before it was released and I knew right away I would love all the features.
A lot has changed since this information first came out. Recently Dish sent out updates that added Pandora Radio to my Hopper and they even doubled my recording space from 250 hours of HD to 500! I discovered a new feature after I got home from a long night working at Dish last week. I clicked play on an episode of Law and Order: SVU recorded by Primetime Anytime and my Hopper asked me if I wanted to skip the commercials during that episode. It is amazing how easy it is to get captivated by a show without commercials ripping you out of the story ever couple of minutes.
